Bradfords Makes it to the final for “Outstanding Bed Store Category” in the UK!

Bradfords team are very proud to announce they made it to the National Bed Federation Awards finalists for Outstanding Bed Store of 2022/23. The judges narrowed us down from all the bed retailers in the UK and then sent in a mystery shopper! Unbeknown to our team, they performed as they always do, with expertise and customer care. Along with the feedback below that secured Bradfords in Evesham with the finalists achievement!

NBF Judges said:

“With its “warm and friendly” customer service, its external kerb appeal and positive first impressions upon entering the store, Bradfords is a well-deserved finalist in this category.

The retailer prides itself on a no-pressure approach, creating a relaxed experience for the customer. Its knowledgeable staff and ample choice of beds, with a good range of NBF approved brands means this is a fantastic independent bed retailer.”

The mystery shopper reported” We did not feel pressurised but felt we could come back any time.
Very friendly and relaxed, traditional type of high street shop, which is lovely to see and nice to visit where
you got personal attention and you would keep going back for many years. Ample choice of beds and
knowledgeable staff.”

Bradfords are home to selection of Harrison Spinks beds, mattresses and pillows. Plus a large choice of Silentnight beds, divans and mattresses, all located on the second floor in the Evesham High Street store. From pillow top mattresses to GelTex! Bradfords has a bed for everyone!

Customer parking is available to the rear and delivery of mattresses is available. All deliveries include their white glove service:
